Shipping policy

  

For packages that are lost or stolen during transit, please be sure to contact your local USPS office to file a claim and answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

-All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates.

- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. If package is returned to sender (me) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. 

International Orders

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. Order refund may be given if the package is received as ‘return to sender’ back to me. 

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
